Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cucumber (peeled) and seeded
  • 1/2 Onions, raw,
  • 2 Red Ripe Tomatoes,
  • 1 large Yellow or green Bell Pepper,
  • 1/4 C. Cider Vinegar,
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil, p
  • Pepper, black, 1 dash
  • Salt, 3 dash
  • 1 C. Water,
  • Garlic, 1 clove

Preparation

Step 1

- Peel and seed the cucumber
- Skin the tomatoes by first cutting a little cross in their skin and then dipping them in boiling water for half a minute. Skin should come of easily.
- Put everything in a blander and mix to a smooth consistency.
- Do not water it down too much!
Adjust taste a little to your liking with following options: Tabasco sauce, more Garlic, cantaloupe melon pieces, apple pieces, more vinegar.... go creative..
