1 lb pecans
1 cup sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbl water

Step 1

Mix sugar & cinnamon & set aside

Beat egg whites & 1 tbl water until frothy. Dip nuts into egg whites then sugar mixture. Put in 250 degree oven for 1 hour turning every 15 min.
