• 1/4 c. olive oil,
• 2 or 3 garlic cloves,
• sliced, 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes,
• 1 t. chopped parsley,
• 1 t. oregano and s&p to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds to flavor the oil...add remaining ing. and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or til thickened
