Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly spray the bottom and sides of each space of a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef and onion together, breaking the beef into small pieces while it is cooking. Cook the beef until it is brown and no longer pink. Add the Taco Seasoning Mix and water and mix thoroughly to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Take the pizza dough out of the tube and cut the dough into squares. Lay each square into one space on the muffin pan. Make sure to lightly press the dough into the sides of each space to allow room for the meat filling. Add about ½ cup of the meat mixture to muffin space and top with cheddar cheese. Place the muffin pan into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the dough becomes a golden brown color. Remove pan from the oven and place the individual Taco Pizza Cups onto a serving plate. Each cup can be topped with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and any other toppings of your choice. Serve warm.
