Ingredients
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper diced
- 2 Tbs chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 cup full flavored beer
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomato with chilies, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) each rinsed, drained: small white beans, black beans
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
- Salt
- Cooked macaroni, diced onions, shredded cheese, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large heavy saucepan over medium high heat. Add onion & bell pepper; cook, stirring until they begin to soften 3-4 min. Add chili powder cumin & ground red pepper, cook 30 seconds.
Add beer; simmer 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, beans & brown sugar; reduce heat to medium. Cook; uncovered, until slightly thickened, 10 minutes.
Stir in chicken & salt to taste.
