- 3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
- 1 SMALL ONION, JULIENNE SLICED
- 1 SMALL GREEN BELL PEPPER, JULIENNE
- SLICED
- 2 CLOVES FRESH GARLIC, CHOPPED
- 1/2 POUND 16-20 SHRIMP
- 1/2 POUND CRAB MEAT
- 1 CUP BROCCOLI FLORETS
- 1 CUP MUSHROOMS
- 1 CUP MARINARA SAUCE
- 1 TABLESPOON OLD BAY SEASONING
- 1 TEASPOON COARSE GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 2 SCALLIONS THIN SLICED
- 1/4 CUP GRATED FRESH PARMESAN CHEESE

Step 1
IN A LARGE SAUTE' PAN, SIMMER THE ONIONS, PEPPERS, GARLIC AND SHRIMP IN THE OLIVE OIL OVER A MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES. ADD THE BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOMS, SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD THE OLD BAY, BLACK PEPPER AND MARINARA SAUCE, SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT FOR 2 MINUTES.
SERVE OVER YOUR FAVORITE COOKED PASTA AND SPRINKLE GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE AND SCALLIONS.
