Ingredients
- dash of:
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, mild
- 2-3 onions, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic,minced
- 2 cups chicken or beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups red wine
- 1 29 oz. can tomato puree
- 1/2 " " water
- Italian seasoning
- sage
- oregano
- celery salt
- pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 whole tomatoes, diced

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage into pieces. Strain grease. Add broth, wine, onions, green pepper & garlic. Add diced tomatoes, puree & water. Add seasonings.
Simmer 15 min. Add egg noodles & tomatoes and simmer 20-30 min.
