• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar (I'll sub. a natural sweetener)
• 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
• 3/8 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
• 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
• 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Step 1

Pour egg, confectioners' sugar, white vinegar, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, mustard, and paprika into a blender; pulse until mixture is frothy.

Turn the blender on to low and slowly pour olive oil into egg mixture until dressing thickens and emulsifies.
