These are so prettyn as well as delicious. Great appetizer or served wtih soup, salad or casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Loaf of Sour Dough French Bread
  • 1 can black olives
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • \4 Roma tomatoes
  • Kosher Salt to taste
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, deveined and seeds removed
  • Sweet Basil
  • Kraft shredded 4 cheese Mexican cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1, Dice Roma tomatoes into very small dices; Sprinkle with Kosher salt and set aside

2. Chop black olives into small pieces. Set aside.

3. Devein Jalapeno peppers and remove seed; dice into small pieces.

4. Slice philadelphia cream cheese into small slices. Set aside.

5. Slice French Bread into thin slices. Set aside.

6. Spread cream cheese onto slice of bread. Then sprinkle with chopped sweet basil.

7. Layer with sprinkles of Jalapenos, black olives, tomatoes and last sprinkle with shredded Mexican cheese.

8. Place under broiler until cheese is melted over top of Bruschetta. Serve immediately.

9. Can be made ahead and kept in refrigerator until ready to place under the broiler.
