Ingredients
- 1 Lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup(s) carrots, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) zucchini, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp reduced sodium taco seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Combine turkey, panko, eggs, carrots, zucchini, onion and taco seasoning in a large bowl.
Form mixture into 2‑inch balls
Place meatballs on foil lined sheet pan and place in oven at 375˚F for 30 to 40 minutes.
Chef's note: Serve over steamed rice.
