Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.
Beat eggs in a small bowl. Put flour in one pie pan, and bread crumbs in another.
Dredge the pork chops in the flour, then dip them in the egg, and coat with bread crumbs. Place on a wire rack. Repeat with remaining pork chops.
In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Fry pork chops 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the breading appears well browned.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable spray. Transfer the pork chops to the dish. Cover with foil, and bake in oven for 1 hour.
In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, wine, and Italian seasoning. Blend well, until creamy.
After the pork chops have cooked for an hour, remove from the oven and pour the soup mixture into the dish. Ensure the chops are fully surrounded with the mixture. Replace the foil, and bake for another 30-45 minutes.
Optional: A small slice of Swiss cheese on each.
