Broccoli Rabe, Sun Dried Tomato, Cannelloni Beans & Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of broccoli rabe
- 1- 15.5 oz. can of cannelloni beans-drained
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves of garlic – crushed & chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes – chopped coarse
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 box of your favorite noodles
- Grated Romano Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large frying pan heat oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, sun-dried tomatoes. Allow the garlic to become slightly toasted.
Add the broccoli rabe and the broth: cover and cook until the broccoli turns bright green. Uncover and continue to cook about another 3-4 minutes. Add the beans and lemon juice, toss, cover and turn the heat off.
Prepare the noodles as directed and add to the broccoli rabe. Garnish with the Romano Cheese.
