Ingredients

• 6 c potatoes (riced)
• 3 T melted butter
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 c flour, plus

Preparation

Step 1

Mix hot potatoes and butter together. Cool and add salt and flour. Roll thin with grooved rolling pin and bake on lefse grill.
