Ingredients
- 2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg taco seasoning to taste
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey, browned
- 1 large jar of salsa
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- 1 small can of black beans, chopped
- 2 large packages of shredded mex cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, taco seasoning, and black beans. Spread over bottom of 9 x 12" pan. Top with the meat. Top with the salsa and tomatoes. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly and melted.
