Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning to taste
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey, browned
  • 1 large jar of salsa
  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can of black beans, chopped
  • 2 large packages of shredded mex cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, taco seasoning, and black beans. Spread over bottom of 9 x 12" pan. Top with the meat. Top with the salsa and tomatoes. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly and melted.
