Chocolate Delight

Grandma Peachie makes this recipe a lot when we come down to visit. It is delicious and Jordan loves it! Very light, and not too heavy! Just right!

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2/3 cup pecans, crushed
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 large package vanilla instant pudding
- 1 small package chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
To make the crust:
Combine all the ingredients, flour, butter and pecans and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and cool.
To make the first layer:
Cream together the cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Fold in the cool whip. Layer this over the crust.
To make the second layer:
Combine the vanilla pudding and chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk in the mixer. Follow package directions. Layer this over the cream cheese layer.
Top with another 8 oz. package of cool whip. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate, if desired.
Cool in the refrigerator.
