Pistachio Mint Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 1/3 cup crème de menthe
- 1 box pistachio instant pudding
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup oil

Step 1
Mix cake, eggs, pistachio pudding, oil and crème de menthe in large mixing bowl, and blend until moistened. Add sour cream and beat for 7 minutes, scraping bowl frequently. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake 350 deg for 45-60 min. or until done
