Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 T sugar
• 1 tsp wine
• 1 T cream
• 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Flour enough to roll thin. Cut in diamond shape pieces and fry in deep fat until golden brown. Dust with granulated or powdered sugar.
