- 3 C Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
- 3/4 C Monterey Jack Cheese (3 oz)
- 1 C Diced Cooked Ham
- 1 1/2 C Milk
- 4 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with Pam. Arrange potatoes on the bottom. Sprinkle with cheese and ham. In a bowl, combine milk, eggs, and black pepper. Pour over potato mixture.
Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into six servings.
Make ahead directions: Prepare, cover and chill for up to 24 hours. Bake for 50-55 mintutes.
