Ingredients
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1 TBS Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 C Milk
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 4-6 Slices of Bread

Preparation
Step 1
Heat griddle to medium heat (340 degrees). Combine everything except butter and bread. Mix well. Melt butter on griddle. Dip bread into batter and cook about 4 minutes each side. Serve with powdered sugar and syrup.
