Ingredients

  • For Poppy Seed Dressing:
  • 1 bunch spinach, torn
  • 1 quart strawberries, capped and sliced
  • 2 c. whole pecans, sauteed' in butter
  • 1 medium vidalia onion, layered in rings
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt, (can omit)
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 TBSP. onion juice
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 TBSP. poppy seed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all salad ingredients together.

Mix all ingredients for dressing and add 1. c. oil and shake. Pour over salad ingredients and serve.
