Prime Rib with Spicy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 6 lb. boneless beef rib roast
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 TBSP. coarsely ground pepper
- 1 TBSP. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (4 lb.) packages rock salt
- 1/2 cup water
- -Spicy Horseradish Sauce (found in Delicious Appetizers)

Preparation
Step 1
Rub roast on all sides with garlic, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour salt to depth of 1/2" into a disposable aluminum roasting pan; place roast in center of pan. Add the remaining salt; sprinkle with 1/2 c. water.
Bake @ 500 degrees for 12 minutes per lb. or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 145 degrees (med. rare). Let stand 10 minutes.
Crack salt with a hammer.
Remove roast and brush away salt. Let stand 20 minutes.
Serve with Spicy Horseradish Sauce.
