Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 c cold mashed sweet potatoes
• 2/3 c sugar
• 1/2 c milk
• 1/4 c softened butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Topping
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1/2 c chopped pecans
• 1/4 c flour (or sub corn start)
• 2 T cold butter

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients to the cold mashed sweet potatoes. mix thoroughly. Transfer to greased 2 qt baking dish.

Combine Topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over Sweet potato Mix. Bake at 325 for 45-50 min.
