  • 1/2 # pitted Calamata olives (2 cups)
  • 1/4 extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest, plus fine strips for garnish
  • 1 tbsp torn oregano leaves
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Flat bread, crackers or pita for serving

Step 1

Arrange feta and olives on large plate and drizzle with olive oil and oregano on top. Sprinkle with sea salt. Garnish with the lemon strips and serve with flat bread, crackers or pita.
