Ingredients
- For crust:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds, toasted
- 4-1 oz white chocolate sqaures, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- For filling:
- 8-1 oz white chocolate sqauers, chopped
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 3-8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1-14 oz can condensed milk
- 3 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
For crust: combine flour and sugar, cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts, grated chocolate and egg. Mix well. Press onto bottom and sides of 9" springform pan. Chill.
For filling: In double boiler, combine chocolate and cream; heat, stirring constantly over simmering water until choclate is melted. Stir in vanilla. Remove from heat and keep warm. Combine cream cheese and milk; mix at medium speed until well blended. add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in warm chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour over chilled crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 80 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan, then cool cake completely, before removing rim. Chill.
