Beef and Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 3/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 lb. beef for stew
  • 1 cup beef bouillon
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in Crockpot. Cook on LOW for 6 hours, or on stove-top on low for 40 minutes.
