Ingredients
- 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 oz cocoa butter food grade
- 3 tablespoons powdered low carb sweetener or Sukrin Melis
- 1/8 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Melt baking chocolate, cocoa butter, and powdered sweetener over low heat or double boiler until melted completely.
Remove chocolate from heat and stir in stevia and vanilla extracts.
Pour melted chocolate into molds. Refrigerate or freeze until completely set.
Remove chocolate from molds and enjoy!
