Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs not too lean sirloin in chunks
- 1/2 white onion peeded and in chunks (optional)
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Start fire, grill or heat skillet.
Put mean and onion in a food processor in batches and pulse until coarsely ground. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Handle meat as little as possible to avoid compressing it. Shape lightly into 4 or more burgers.
Cook until desired doness. No more than 10 minutes total unless you like dry overdone meat.
