Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cubed
- Peanut oil for frying
- 1 dash dried parsley
- 1 dash Parmesan
- 1 dash House Seasoning (see recipe)

Step 1
Allow bread cubes to sit overnight to become stale.
Heat a couple inches of oil to 350 degrees in a large saucepan or straight-sided skillet. Add bread cubes and fry, stirring constantly, until browned. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season and serve with your favorite soup.
