Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe its Not Butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked orzo pasta
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 3-1/4 cups water
- 6 ounces shiitake or white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Melt Spread in 3-quart heavy saucepan over medium heat and cook garlic with orzo, stirring constantly, 2-1/2 minutes or until golden. Stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 10 minutes. Add mushrooms; do not stir. Simmer covered 10 minutes. Stir in parsley. Turn into serving bowl. (Liquid will not be totally absorbed.) Let stand 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
