Ingredients

  • 1 t olive oil
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs mahi mahi fillets
  • 2 T mayo
  • 1 T chopped fresh chives
  • 1 T water
  • 1 t chopper fresh tarragon
  • 1/4 t lemon zest
  • 1/2 t fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 t minced garlic

Step 1

Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high.

In a small cup, combine oil, salt, and pepper; rub mixture over fish and let stand while grill preheats.

In another small cup, combine mayonnaise, chives, water, tarragon, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic; set aside.

Grill fish; turning once, until just cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove to serving plates and drizzle with sauce.
