Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted Chicken Stock
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp. Ginger (peeled & grated)
- 2 tsp. Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp CornStartch
- 5 tsp. Canola Oil (divided)
- 12 oz. Sirloin Steak (cut into 1/4" strips)
- 12 oz. Asparagus (trimmed & cut into 2" pieces)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (Red & cut into strips)
- 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (crushed)
- 3 Green Onions (chopped)

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Combine 1st 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
2.) Heat a large skillet over High heat. Add 1 Tbsp. oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add beef; stir-fry until browned by not cooked through (approx 4 minutes). Place beef on plate; discard liquid from pan.
3.) Return pan to high heat. Add renaming 2 Tsp oil; swirl to coat. Add asparagus and bell pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add crushed red pepper & green onions. Stir-fry 30 seconds. Reduce heat to medium-high. Add stock mixture; cook 3 minutes or until sauces is slightly thickened. Return beef and any juices to pan and cook for 1 minute.
