Ingredients

  • 1 cup miniature mashmallows
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, well drained (or 2 cups fresh)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange segments, well drained
  • 3/4 cup Dannon light and fit vanilla or strawberry nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except coconut in a bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
