Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbs. chili powder
- 2 tbs. Liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp. crushed bay leaves
- 4 pounds Beef Brisket
- Barbecue Sauce
- 3 tbs. brown sugar
- 1 14 oz. bottle catsup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbs. Liquid Smoke
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 6 tbs. butter
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Rub meat completely with Liquid Smoke. Place meat, fat side up in large roasting pan. Sprinkle dry mixture on top. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 4 hours at 325. Randilyn's took more than 4 hours.
Combine all of the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Stirring some - cook 10 minutes.
