- 1/2 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
- 4 CUPS (16 OZ) SHREDDED CHEDDAR
- CHEESE
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- PAPRIKA OR GARLIC SALT

Step 1
IN FOOD PROCESSOR, COMBINE FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS. DIVIDE INTO 4 PORTIONS AND SHAPE INTO BALLS.
ROLL BETWEEN WAX PAPER. CUT INTO STRIPS. BAKE ON UNGREASED BAKING SHEET. SPRINKLE WITH SALT, GARLIC AND/OR PAPRIKA.
BAKE AT 425 DEGREES FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
