- 1-1/3 SPLENDA (SUGAR REPLACEMENT)
- 1 EGG
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

GREASE LARGE SHEET OR USE PARCHMENT PAPER
COMBINE:
PEANUT BUTTER, 1 CUP SPENDA, EGG AND VANILLA
STIR WELL AND ROLL INTO WALNUT SIZE BALLS
DIP FORK INTO SPLENDA - PRESS INTO BALL.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 12 MINUTES
REMOVE FROM OVEN AFTER BAKING AND SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING SPLENDA
COOL SLIGHTLY BEFORE REMOVING FROM PAN.
