Ingredients
- 3/4 pd ground beef
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 2 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 1/2 cup fresh cauliflower
- 2 tbs. tarragon
- 1 tbs. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup uncooked macaroni

Step 1
Cook macaroni according to pkg. Brown ground beef in large pot. Add all other ingredients and cook for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in drained macaroni and heat through.
