Ingredients
- 4 lb. pork roast
- 1 large can peaches
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Step 1
Mix together all ingredients and pour over roast. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 2 hours.
