POPOVERS

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons salad oil
• 1 cup sifted flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Grease custard cups (8-5 ounce or 6-6 ounce)
Beat eggs, milk and oil with rotary mixer
Sift flour and salt over the egg mixture
Beat the mixture until smooth
Pour into cups to half full
Bake on a large cookie sheet 45-50 minutes until golden brown
