Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup seasoned dried bread crumbs
- 2 tsp dried minced onion
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Whisk together eggs and milk; then stir in bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and mushrooms in a large bowl. Add beef and mix well with your hands to combine. Shape into a round or oval loaf and put in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low until an instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 160 degrees, 5 to 6 hours.
Whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard powder, and worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; spoon sauce over meatloaf. Continue to cook on low until glaze is heated and slightly thickened, about 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
