- 2/3 cup of white or golden quinoa (i buy ground)
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
making a cake with quinoa may sound strange but it is really really moist, you would swear it’s a reg cake.
pre-heat to 350
grease 2 8″ rounds
combine and bake 40-45 min or till fork comes out clean
