Ingredients
- 6 onions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. chardinay wine
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut bread and toast.
Cut 6 onions in half, in thin slices.
cut 6 cloves
1/2 stick butter
Add Garlic, cut for 1 minute, add onions, saute 45 minutes
Plate soup,Toasted bread, swiss cheese, grated parmesan cheese, melt under broiler or cook in oven until cheese in melted.
