Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup dutch processed cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. coffee
- 1 tbsp. hot water
- 3 tbsp. oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bundt pan.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, and cocoa in a bowl. Set aside.
3. Mix water, coffee, sugar, and oil. Mix until coffee and sugar is dissolved. Add egg and vanilla sugar. Mix well. Add flour mixture to egg mixture,whisk to combine.
4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then cool on wire rack.
5. For the glaze whisk the confectioners sugar, coffee, and hot water. Add oil and mix until smooth. If to thick add more water slowly. Drizzle over cake.
