Ingredients
- 2 lbs. bone-in chicken wingettes & drumettes
- Pepper
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 TB fresh chopped parsley
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with a metal rack. Spray with cooking spray. Place wingettes & drumettes on the rack. Season with pepper. Bake 50 minutes, until golden & crispy. In a large bowl, stir together the butter, garlic, parsley, & Parmesan. When chicken is done, put them in the bowl & toss with the garlic Parmesan butter until completely coated. Serve with dressing. Store any leftover garlic Parmesan butter in the fridge. Add a couple tablespoons of melted butter & more garlic, if needed, to the mixture the next time you use it.
