Ingredients

  • 1 large ball of pizza dough
  • EVOO
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh herbs - thyme, rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Medium hot grill

Divide dough into fist-sized balls

Press balls on a floured surface using your fingers that they are 1/4 inch thick all the way across

Cook on an oiled grill for about 45 seconds on each side - flatbread should be charred and bubbly

Set out on a platter, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and herbs
