Ingredients

  • Oven temperature: 375 degrees
  • 2 lbs. potatoes
  • 1 medium sized onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. numeg

Step 1

Peel and cut potatoes in half. Boil until done. Saute finely chopped onion in butter. Mix onions with sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place potatoes in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Pour sour cream over potatoes. Bake 10 minutes. Amount: 2- 4 servings.
