- 1 pound fish fillets
- 3 to 4 tbs Bisquick
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- soy sauce or vineger

Step 1
Heat fat or oil (1 1/2 inches) in a heavy saucepan or deep fat fryer to 350 degrees. Lightly coat fish with 3 to 4 tbs of baking mix; reserve. Mix one cup baking mix, the beer, egg and salt until smooth. Dip fish into batter, letting excess drip into bowl. Fey fish until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side; drain. Serve hot with soy sauce.
