Ingredients

  • 3 pkg yeast
  • 1 3/4 c warm water
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • 1/2 TBS salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 6-7 c flour
  • melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine yeast and warm water for 5 minutes until bubbly.

2. Stir honey into yeast mixture with a paddle attachment.

3. Add the next 3 ingredients, slowly, with the paddle attachment. After incorporated change over to the dough hook.

4. Slowly add flour by the cup until fully incorporated, and dough pulls from the sides of the bowl. Add more flour if sticky.

5. Portion into 24 rolls. Form rolls into desired shapes and let rise approximatly 20 minutes or until double. Brush with melted butter.

6. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with the rest of the melted butter.
