- 4 cups hot cooked broccoli florets
- 3 tbs butter
- 2 large cloveds garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon peel
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp corn starch

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan over medium low heat. Cook garlic, stirring occasionally, until golden about 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice, lemon peel, pepper and broth combined with corn starch. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Pour sauce over hot cooked broccoli.
