Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ozs)
  • 8 8 inch flour tortillas
  • Salsa
  • Onion
  • Sour cream
  • Tomato slices
  • Jalapeno slices
  • Fresh Cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Combine soup, chicken, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and onion

Top 1/2 of each tortilla with 1/4 cup mixture spreading evenly to within 1/2 inch of edge

Moisten edges of tortillas with water

Fold over pressing edges to seal

Arrange tortillas on baking sheet(s)

Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until hot

Serve with sour cream and salsa
